What is the process involved

We will first ask you to provide us with some background information on your company and an explanation of your product or service. Following this, we will invite you to discuss with us your needs and concerns in relation to your website, from which we can begin to draw up a plan of how we can help.

We would like communications to be primarily web based, by means of email, msn chat or Skype conferences. That way everyone can keep their costs to a minimum and timing is more flexible. We propose to do a lot of the work out of office hours, as our commercial business will usually take precedence during the day.

Throughout the three months we will offer help and advice in any way we can in relation to your website and online side of your business. We will primarily do this through a private project area that contains all the necessary tools for running a project online. Although we do not charge a fee for this, all we ask is that you keep us updated on the progress of your company throughout the three month period by writing a short blog entry on our website every week, an opportunity for both parties to share and demonstrate their success stories with others. We also hope that you will go away and talk to friends and family about us.
